Florian Frances

Florian is a key consistuent of our young and upcoming lawyers team that is being groomed and nurtured the B & E Ako way. He holds a bachelor degree from Mzumbe University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law school of Tanzania. His proficiency lies in the fields of dispute resolution, corporate law, employment and labour relations, family law, probate and administration of estates as well as conveyancing. Prior to joining the firm, he worked with the Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC) and Elite Attorneys. Florian has proven to be quite reliable in assisting the Firm’s Senior Counsel on legal research in many of the areas of practice that the Firm specializes in, thus further molding him into an all-rounder lawyer.
