Phillip Lincoln Irungu

With nine (9) years of practice under his belt as a Litigant, and three (3) years as a Tax Consultant, Phillip is a dynamic and well versed lawyer. He possesses an impeccable record in Litigation as well as Employment and Labor Related matters. With vast knowledge and practical experience of laws of Zanzibar. He is an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Zanzibar, and Subordinate Courts. Phillip possesses great analytical and interpersonal skills which coupled with his qualification as an Arbitrator make him a valuable member of the B & E Ako Law family. He also has a natural ability to communicate well to audiences of different dynamics, making him a key member of our Research and Training Department. Phillip is also an active member of the Tanzania Institute of Arbitrators (TIARB)
